RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Custom/Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised items are made to order specifically for you and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging
  • Contact us at sassyswears@yahoo.com

We will offer a full refund (including original postage) or replacement for items damaged in transit.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Orders

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • You contact us at sassyswears@yahoo.com before returning the item to advise us of the return
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund for the item cost only (original postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged) to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

For damaged or faulty items, we will refund the full amount including original postage.
