We're currently away on a short break. All orders placed between 1–18 June 2026 will be dispatched from 19 June 2026 onwards. We'll get your order out to you as quickly as possible once we're back.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to England, Wales, and Scotland only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: £4.95 per order
- Free Shipping: Orders over £50
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service, which typically takes 2-3 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Processing Times
- Standard items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
- Custom/personalised items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days
Please note: Processing times are in addition to delivery times. For example, if your order is dispatched on Monday, you can expect delivery by Wednesday-Thursday.
Busy Periods
During busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or high order volumes), processing times may be extended. We will notify customers of any delays and update this policy accordingly.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must report damage within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sassyswears@yahoo.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
